Welcome to the public consultation webpage for The Hill Group and Nightingale Land’s proposals for a residential development of up to 120 homes at Land between Hinton Way and Mingle Lane, Great Shelford and Stapleford. A variety of house types, including six bungalows, are proposed and all dwellings would meet national space standards. Other benefits include circa 40% of the Site being set aside for green space comprising land for ecological enhancement, green routes and public open space.

The local community are invited to attend a Public Exhibition, which is to be held at Jubilee Pavilion, Stapleford, CB22 5BQ, on Saturday, 15 November 2025, between 1:00pm and 5:00pm, where representatives from Carter Jonas, The Hill Group and Nightingale Land will be available to discuss the proposals.
